The hotel could have had larger rooms; they felt a bit squashed. The rooms were freezing cold with no available heating, and cleanliness was an issue. However, being close to the laundry created some minor noise but didn't ruin the whole stay.

The service was excellent, especially from Carlos and Ethan, offering good food and comfortable beds. Dining was fairly basic but at a good value price.
